Whistleblowing Reports and Data Processing
In accordance with the Whistleblowing Act (Legislative Decree 24/2023), a secure channel is in place which can be used to send anonymous reports.
Types of reports allowed:
- whistleblowing reports, i.e. reports of unlawful conduct or facts that are relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001 (Organisation, Management and Control Model), breaches of the Code of Ethics and internal procedures, irregularities and any other legal or regulatory non-compliance;
- reports of breaches of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Reports must be truthful, based on actual circumstances and accompanied by the necessary information.
This is a tool designed to protect legality and the people working inside and outside the company, whilst protecting whistleblowers against possible retaliation.
